Took the virtual tour since the Coronavirus restrictions prohibited live yours at this time. It was a very impressive experience and in comparison to other apartment complex tours experienced so far I will give Edgewater an 85% positive experience in meeting my personal living expectations.

I love it! It is a fantastic community right on the promenade of Mission Creek Park with access to downtown and the ATT field just a few minutes walk away! They are also very dog friendly and super courteous, I am very happy here.

Great location. Nice staff. Cheap finishes in apartments -- plastic sinks and tubs, horrible noisy dishwasher, cheap floor coverings, hard to maintain black counters in kitchen, etc.

We love it here! We have dogs and kids and the surroundings are safe and close to many food options and the ballpark is a fun place to take the kids
