I pay $4,000 per month for less than 500 square feet. The management company has now hung up on me on two separate occasions. The elevator is consistently breaking down. My one window is hideously filthy and theres no way to wash it. Rarely is anyone on-site and theyre not interested in answering emails or the phone. I have had good luck with the maintenance staff - theyre friendly and helpful. The leasing agent was quite courteous up until the point I signed. Hes been largely MIA since.
Room for improvement. Proactive not reactive to problems.
2175 Market is an incredible community located in the only neighborhood in San Francisco I would even consider living. It's the best building in the area with the best rooftop which is ideal for entertaining. I love my unit and plan to stay here for a long time. The market downstairs has a delicious lineup of vendors which are so convenient for a quick bite or drink.
Nicely appointed units in a great location. Attentive staff. Fantastic communal area on the roof!
1. Customer Service is poor 2. I was told yelled at by a manager because I was forwarding information for an internet service recommendation
