Great area! Balcony is not private, used to high ceilings, apartment feels claustrophobic, not open enough. Just not for me but nice apartment staff :-)

DON'T EVER LIVE HERE! THEY SHUT THE WATER OFF! They completely don't care. The water bill is not included in a rent, which is okay, but! You pay for the water which is not running! Me and my husband have been living here for almost a year. During this time the water has been shut off almost every month. You can't cook, you can't take a shower, you can't wash your hand, you can't even flush the toilet! Once I was in a shower and was supposed to leave for an important business meeting, and the water stopped running! I was 1.5 hours late, and the consequences were horrible! They don't care! Lack of running water is considered as non-livable condition. We were trying to terminate our lease agreement, but they said we have to pay the termination fee which is 1.5 month rent! Why should we pay?! If you want to live in a place where you will ALWAYS have water, don't live here. YOU CAN'T RELY ON EAVES MISSION RIDGE.

Eduardo and Jose the maintenance super team! Anything you need done or just wanna say hi they are quick to reply. Fantastic hard working team! Front office super friendly people like Jintana and Austin are very concerned about your concerns and very willing to help at any given moment. Best place to live

The application process and move-in process was relatively effortless and easy to get through. Staff communicated very well and each staff member we encountered was friendly and knowledgeable about community and our information.

Since moving to Eaves Mission Ridge, we've experienced nothing but great support & communication from the friendly staff. Our apartment is very clean & spacious; a perfect fit for our family. The location is great. We are close to everything but the neighborhood is very quiet & peaceful. -Ken & Sherry
