What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About San Diego

I like that we are in the same age bracket (55+). There is always someone out walking or riding thief bike. Nice restaurants are close by. There are lots of hiking trails.

I like that there are a lot of businesses nearby within a five to ten minute drive. I also really enjoy that the streets are very easy to drive and navigate.

All of our construction is new. The school is only about five minutes away. The neighborhood is very pet and child friendly

There are walking and hiking trails nearby and most places near us are dog-friendly, as many people have dogs.

I like it because public transportation is close by. And the downtown nightlife . And it's near a sports venue

I like the neighbors and the best eateries around town. The best little mexican restaurant (Colimas) is around the corner.
