Great community. Excellent management and maintenance team.

Move in process takes too long. Several days for screening is not ok. Staff has to be more attentive to paperwork and what they say. All process should take max 2 hours. Common areas has to be well mantained (cleaned).

Residents of The Reserve at 4S live in an accommodating community. We are within walking distance of grocery stores, hardware stores, restaurants, breweries, pharmacies, a library, and more. The Reserve apartments have modern amenities, are well taken care of, and maintained by a prompt maintenance staff. Parking is right next to your building of residence, and the visitor parking permit system is self-automated. The management staff are friendly, professional, and prompt. This community is friendly for all, including families, pet owners, and young couples.
