The Promenade Rio Vista is the perfect place to live if you want to experience a serene, community feel, with lovely amenities. Having a small store on the property making quick stop to the store so much easier since it is within walking distance. Having a chiropractor, dentist, hair salon, and spa on the property are all wonderful as well. After moving from Downtown to the Promenade, it was clear that having the trolley option is so beneficial. My husband and I use it all the time for just a half hour trip to get downtown so we can still enjoy the night/city life we had come from.
