This has been the most amazing place to live. II appreciate the wonderful staff and amenities. The Promenade is truly a rare jewel to reside in San Diego, I feel blessed to be here.

Our experience keeps getting better. We love the fact that The Promenade is always renovating its amenities and overall maintenance of grounds and landscaping is fabulous! Staff has always been great to work with as well. Keep it up Promenade!

3 years with no complaints really. No excessive rules or restrictions or surprise fees. Friendly front office staff. Decent lease renewal rates. Property is beautiful and the convenience of the trolley being seconds away is a plus. First floor patio size is great. Cons: Large item trash pickup could be more convenient. Cameras should be placed throughout the property.
