This fully enclosed 18 unit three story apartment complex has three unit variations. The smallest two are single bedroom, single bath units with a difference of about 100 square feet. The largest offered is the two bedroom, two bath, which is about 220 square feet larger than the mid range unit.
We currently live in the mid ranged sized unit. It has one bedroom, one bath, and is just over 720 square feet. All of the units have been fully renovated. Our unit comes with two sets of windows. One large in the living room space, and one tall window in the bedroom. The bathroom has no window.
The property has been managed by two property management companies. The first oversaw the initial move in of most of the residents. Their management of the property was a bit of a disaster before the property changed hands again. The elevator was out of commission for months as people moved in and needed it most and the prior management company dragged their feet on juts about everything that needed attention while implementing rules that didnt always make sense to residents.
The complex comes with a lower level parking garage for reaidents where they can park one car (with an included sticker). The elevator has access to all floors, with access to the garage, which has an access gate and front/back doors that are kept locked for security.
There is a back outdoor area that is nice and well lit. There is a fountain that used to work and is longer being run. There is a small strip on the side of the property that is used as a dog run. However, residents dont tend to pick up after their pets and in summer months this is obvious by the flies that surround the complimentary barbecuing unit.
The property has been plagued with plumbing issues as the building itself is a bit old and is still going through the complexities of a full renovation for the tenants. Maintenance projects are going on revolving around the plumbing. Front intercom system was gently fixed as well
