Centrally located with the Towncenter right across the street and currently easy access to Del Mar Heights road.

The complex is in an outstanding location given the bridge access to the Del Mar Heights Town Center. The rent is definitely on the high side, which would be harder to want to pay if we didn't have a child enrolled at Solana Pacific Elementary, which is really an outstanding school.

I feel that there is much to do if you chose to. I would love to see exercise classes available...maybe yoga or zumba. I have lived here since 2009 and appreciate that there are more community based gatherings taking place.

My two previous comments actually address this question as well. Signature Point is a great community and does offer me everything I was looking for. Well laid out units, lovely grounds with every amenity within a few steps for me to use. Location is ideal and so convenient!!
