Great facility that is captured in pictures. But absolutely the worst management - elevators broken for weeks (unsafe conditions), request for apartment repairs languish for weeks, trash stuck in chutes - very unresponsive overall. I would stay away until management change happens and they get somebody that cares and is competent.

This has got to be one of the worst places I've ever lived. It's like they slapped lipstick on a pig. For starters, the office staff if absolutely horrible. If you're looking for arrogant, mindless, disrespectful "professionals", then welcome home. I could go on and on with the newly hired staff..just terrible. Also, don't expect any of the BBQ' to work, to actually have coffee in the cafe area and you can count on the main pool being closed for months at a time for "maintenance". Also, the fire pits haven't worked in the last 3 years that I've lived there. Oh, and let me add...don't plan on having guests over because they make parking a horrendous ordeal and if you like a good college brawl, be sure to stay up past 10pm on weekends--one every week.

Carmel's exterior, such as the courtyard and amenities, are incredible.
