Moved in two months ago. Pay $2750 for a one bedroom apt. The complex is advertised as having air conditioning. It is 91 degrees outside. I ran air conditioning for seven hours with no change temp. Called management and was told everyone's apt are at 91 degrees and the apartment complex is old so would just have to deal with it. And no - we can't get anyone to assist you sooner than 4 days from now. Basically the girl who answered the phone was all attitude and didn't give a crap. They know we are locked into a year lease for a large amount of money so they can just say deal with it like a slum word would. She didn't even consider that I may have health issues and being stuck in 91 degrre heat for four days can be dangerous to my health. I had a 25 yr old small air conditioner that eould do better than the air conditioner that I have now for this apartment which is not 25 years old. They just simply don't give a crap. They ready have my money and locked into a lease so just deal with it at $2750 month!!!

Do NOT LIVE HERE if you want to sleep ever. They will leaf blow EVERY SINGLE morning, even when there are no leaves on the ground. I am not being dramatic they leaf blow 5 times a week at 8am dont think about enjoying your morning coffee, or if you work late nights, or if you were up with a sick child all night. I hate this place its louder than downtown.
