Pros: clean, spacious, affordable, nice, mostly upgraded, fast turnaround on maintenance, cute common area, nice location, park nearby, friendly neighbors, parking spots, and unique.

Cons: Sometimes communication with management is difficult but they are working on a remedy on that. The couple of issues I have had thus far have been handled with excellent customer service.

Overall, this place is a cute and charming apartment and its a great bargain. The staff that I have worked with have gone above and beyond to make things nice for me. As with any older buildings, there are sometimes maintenance repairs that are needed, but they do turnaround promptly. One note to management: keep the great staff that you have and work on a few upgrades to buildings.

The area is nice, as are the residents. The apartment itself is pretty big and up to date on appliance. So price verse cost is worth it. Maintenance is on top of things as well. The issues that I have had (living here a year) is that the leasing office is almost never open even though their posted hours are usually 9-6 tues-sat, and water gets turned off for at least 30 minutes once a month. In addition, there is one meter on the property so between my roommate and I we are charged over $60/month for water when our personal usage is much less.
