would like to thank Alphonso, Christopher and Jenny in the Leasing office for helping us with an unforeseen incident. The maintenance team responded quickly and leasing team made sure we had everything we needed. We appreciate the excellent and responsive customer service! We love living in the Harborview Apartments in the Marina district within walking distance to Petco Park, and downtown San Diego. Residents are friendly, awesome rooftop pool deck, fitness center and more! Best location and service!

Noisy. Roaches (the big ones) in hall and apartment. Dirty carpets in hallways and bad smell from in door trash chutes. Homeless around place and dog poop and pee smell outside is awful. Staff is nice gym and pool is nice but all of this plus the two -3 year noisy construction project RIGHT across the street means I think you should pass.
