5025 has great events! I am happy here!
There was always somebody to help us when we had concerns or problems, the apartment in general was really good!
Cant really say I don;t recommend to live here, but the process to live there was a little confusing. I specifically requested a certain room type and move in day. the only call i received was that I needed to pay a higher security deposit. I checked how much and the office told me one thing, but when i went for a tour they told me some other figure approximately four times higher. I thought OK, maybe, then the tour guide said my room type requested would not be available for another 10 weeks. Did they look at my move in date? Needless to say, I agree with some others when they say the office is only concerned with signing a lease, even if it seems somewhat deceitful.
Incredibly unorganized and unprofessional. 90% of the staff has no idea what they are doing, but instead of admitting that they would rather just give you false information. They raise the rent every few months, and they keep accidentally charging me for parking when I havent had a car since Ive moved here. Every time I go and make them correct it, theyll take the misapplied fee off but then reapply it again a couple months later. Ive had to tell them to remove the fee 3 different times. If you dont stay on top of them and pay special attention to your bills, they will try to rob you with their sneaky fees and definitely wont correct it unless otherwise instructed to. The new WiFi system is very unstable and unsatisfactory because most devices require the WiFi password to connect but with this new system, they dont want to give you the password but instead have you register your devices by putting all the device information in online and theyll connect for you. This sounds like a good idea, unless you cant find the MAC address on your device, or it doesnt have one, then youre out of luck. Not to mention, even when connect to the WiFi, it is a very weak signal which occcasionally doesnt work t all. They love to email you about all the nonsense going on like when they have free cookies in the office, but when its something important like changing the locks on your doors, they prefer to leave notes instead of sending it directly to everyone. They did this after summer vacation, so sometime during the break, they changed the locks and left notes on the door instead of informing us via email. I was locked out of my apartment upon arrival from my break and when I asked them to give me a new key, they all had a fit and didnt want to help me because it was 10 mins after hours even though they were all still in the office. After I forced them to do their job, they had trouble finding my key because they had the keys mislabeled and unorganized.
Is a beautiful place to live
