There was always somebody to help us when we had concerns or problems, the apartment in general was really good!

Maddy gave me a tour last week and she was very helpful! She didnt seem annoyed by 4 college guys at all lol were definitely interested in the 2 bedroom apartment, the only issue is the security deposits. Since we dont have any credit, its kinda hard to get approved on our own. But Maddy showed us around the place and it looked super cool, hoping we can work something out soon!!

I came in for a tour with Madi last week and she was very nice and informative. The community itself was beautiful, and the apartments were modern. However, they dont offer month to month leases, which is very difficult for me with my current job.

Cant really say I don;t recommend to live here, but the process to live there was a little confusing. I specifically requested a certain room type and move in day. the only call i received was that I needed to pay a higher security deposit. I checked how much and the office told me one thing, but when i went for a tour they told me some other figure approximately four times higher. I thought OK, maybe, then the tour guide said my room type requested would not be available for another 10 weeks. Did they look at my move in date? Needless to say, I agree with some others when they say the office is only concerned with signing a lease, even if it seems somewhat deceitful.
