You would think this place to be high-end. They advertise like they are, but it's a complete fabrication of the truth. The units feel old and are put together cheaply. I constantly had things break and had maintenance in my apartment multiple times a month (no complaint with maintenance people, they were good). When I left, I didn't fill in a few small holes in the wall (from TV) and was charged over 1k which is absolutely insane. Then, when I said I wasnt going to pay that, they reported against everyone on the leases credit. There are so many amazing places in Little Italy, I would avoid this place. Really not worth the cost and you dont get treated as you would expect with them branding themselves as a luxury apartment building.

If you're looking for a place in Little Italy, I would say move onto another building. We've lived here for for almost a year now and there has been construction going on ever since we moved in. Their excuse is COVID-19, I work in the commercial construction business and not one day of work has been lost due to COVID-19 since construction has ALWAYS since day one been "essential". The management here is extremely disorganized and will always have an excuse for everything and will never accept that they're incorrect/wrong. The notifications to residence that are sent out/ emailed are usually incorrect and usually copy and pasted from other sites without being read though before sending to residence, so you can never rely on what is said (also not excusable by COVID-19). The common areas and parking lot are filthy and have not been properly cleaned since we've moved in. All I recommend from this is to definitely think twice about this building because we didn't and now regret it.

Nightmare place to live. Really gone downhill. Yesterday, new manager Rochelle screamed at me from back office to front office I had been late paying rent a couple times this year. Yes she is right, but it was just a few days and I gladly paid the $50 penalty for procrastinating. Really she was just gearing me up to paying an extra $285 for a clogged sink in May. Don't just walk away from this place RUN!
