Maintenance is impeccable, and the team is friendly and professional. Any needed repairs are usually done by the end of the day I report them. When I reported that my refrigerator was making clunking noises, I came home that night to a brand new refrigerator - with my food replaced neatly! Laundry rooms and mailbox area are also kept spotless. The location is ideal for downtown living.
All of the staff are helpful and courteous. They genuinely care about the tenants and safety of all. The maintenance staff keep the property well maintained; the laundry rooms are always clean as are the common areas. All of the staff are prompt with their services. The property is very clean and quiet. I appreciate that the office is willing to accept packages when I am not at home. And they genuinely try to get to know their tenants. The is a wonderful place to call home.
This is a great apartment complex located in the heart of downtown San Diego. The complex itself is very nice and my unit was very clean and in good shape when I first arrived last year. The location, in the Marina District, cannot be beat in my opinion as it's within walking distance of places like Horton Plaza Mall, Ralph's supermarket, Gaslamp (restaurants/nightlife), Seaport Village, and Petco Park. Maintenance is taken care of promptly and the leasing office staff is very nice.
The officde staff makes me feel that I am an important part of the 600 Front St. community. They are responsive to requests. The maintenance staff are very efficient and do an excellent job at whatever is requested. The property is always clean and there are always improvements being made that one can see. It is a beautiful property to live in.
Excellent and BEAUTIFUL building. The staff is always friendly. Any issues are handled within a day (usually within 10 minutes) of when you tell the office about it. Love it here. Plan on staying!
