Overall, the location, design/layout of units and staff disposition at 13th and Market are top notch. The initial rent price is a shock at first, for the small square footage, however once you live in the complex, you realize that you definitely get what you pay for. The common areas are well maintained, the staff is professional, friendly and organized. It is a great residence to live in at this point in my life.
Great community with awesome amenities! The gym is better than any other building I've lived in downtown. Very nice pool with an awesome roof deck to watch football and grill. The outside noise is a bit much at times but that's expected when living downtown. There are weird random cut outs in each room and really the living room is set up for only one different arrangement. Making my furniture has been difficult but we've made it work. Appliances are great as well compared to others I've experienced. Moving in was a pain since they don't hold the elevator's for you. It's a building very much into going green that tends to be a bit much. With the amount that everyone pays to live there, I think we could afford to keep the hallways a bit cooler.
The staff and leasing process was by far the best. Moving from Hawaii was not easy and was all done over the web and on the phone. Staff was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions or concerns... I was extremely pleased with the property and the welcome to the community. Thank you.
Don't move here. Management staff is worried about climbing corporate ladder, not the needs of the residents.
