I actually had a great time at Lido. I had no issues with any neighbors and the managers aren't always trying to bug you and come into your apartment (ive had this experience at another apartment). I lived here when the rent was $940 for a 1 bd 1 bath so it's kind of sad to see how much it's gone up.
To get you to sign the lease, they are very nice and helpful, but once you sign and move in, if you need assistance they don't return calls, if you go in they promise prompt response, but continue to ignore your issue. Moving out (from what I've heard from others) is a nightmare. If I knew what I know now before I moved in, I wouldn't have.
There is no office personal to answer their phnoes, an employee who is on her first day of work, with so little knowledge of her job she shouldn't be working unsupervised. I don't understand how they have such high requirements for their potential residents when there's 4 people in the office building who don't even know how to answer a phone.
They didn't answer the three consecutive days that I called. Left them two voicemails and still have not received a call back. It's been about 2 weeks now.
