Welcome to Sheridan Park. From the moment you walk through the front door you'll feel the comfort and security that makes our residents happy to call us home. Cutting edge amenities, meticulously-groomed grounds, and a dedicated staff contributes to a higher standard of living. Convenient shopping, award-winning schools, local museums and parks are all close at hand, with sponsored activities to develop new hobbies while getting to know your neighbors.
The management really ties everything together. The apartment complex is in a highly convenient spot. With a plethora of stores, and the main street 10 seconds away, it is perfect for someone with a busy schedule. Top that with the pricing, there is surely not a better place I rather stay in Salinas.
It is a nice park that is conviently located near the highway and shopping centers. The staff is very helpful and available.
As I have mentioned earlier I am quite sure that there are some tenants that have more people living in them than you are told . You cannot find a parking outside at night and the dumpsters are usually full . But that is all over Salinas because the rents are so high its ridiculous the landlords are making a killing.
Strategically located in close proximity to major shopping centers and restaurants. Quick access to US 101. Safe-to-walk at any time of day/night. Residents-only environment, safe for children to play anywhere inside the community. The only drawback is the area's poor cell reception which will limit mobile device use of streaming services to only inside the apartment (provided you have Cable/Satellite with wireless router.
It feels futile to recommend any Salinas property to non-locals, as was my case. I arrived at Sheridan Park by happenstance after many months of expecting Salinas apt waiting lists to suffice while I was living on the SF Peninsula. Waiting lists aren't worthwhile for non-Salinas residents. Local applicants have extraordinary advantage; they merely walk into to a rental availability. Some properties don't offer waiting lists because of this reality. My personal experience with Greystar properties and their waiting list facade was sheer dismay. After weeks of futile online and phone contact with many other Salinas properties. I made a day trip visit to the Woodside Park complex and was redirected to Sheridan Park by coincidence. I'm happy with that happenstance but I wouldn't have been so fortunate without a personal visit.
