The management team here was a joke. We could never get ahold of anyone to do necessary repairs in the unit. The ceilings are so thin you can hear a simple conversation between people up stairs. The gate never worked and was always open. Homeless were constentaly on the premesis. If you want a clean and safe place to live, I recommend you take your family else where.

*buyer beware* previous owners made this community amazing Pearl Investments, LLC bought out the contracts of the property and are only sharking for your money. I am Veteran of the United States Air Force lived in the house for 10 months always paid, if late I always happily paid the late few but in the last month after getting my purse stolen and having to get my bank stuff fixed and having my housing allowance get routed through the pipeline over the holiday in November I exhausted my efforts working with my issuing agency and the US treasury to fix my issue as fast as possible and I notified even begged to consider my situation to avoid a legal action fee for the late payment which included a late fee I again happily was willing to pay for the issue..they cared less about the uniqueness of my issue and stuck me with a $1,300 bill plus even though there was no damages to unit tried to con me into paying another $750 it wasn't until I complained about receiving my deposit back (which their lawyer said would happen first) and a final copy of the agreement and ways I was allowed to pay it, that they said they'd dissolve the deposit into the cost and instead only charge $205 in overage fees due at the same time of the first month of court agreed legal fee repayment (which should of not been executed in the first place) and after arguing that the notice of overage was obviously at the time of raising complaints via email,Finally brought to my attention less than 30 days of their expectations of getting repayment for move out overages. They decide to tell me I only get 2 extra days and even have the audacity to point out that it still is only I believe 20 days from any notice issuance which still isn't a 30 day window....their complete disregard for the situation and constant fine printing and carelessness should make you scared to enter into a contract with them..they may cause you similar hardship and I would never risk it, run away quick there's better for less

I've always thought my apartment was beautiful - everything is brand new - but I was unhappy with the management. However, new owners took over about a month ago and the changes for the better are really obvious. My AC had not worked since I moved in, even though I had called the previous owners several times to request service. I made one call to the new manager and they had an AC repair guy out here that afternoon who fixed the problem. Previously, I had never seen the property gates closed. Now, the gates close at 6 pm each day (because the new owners fixed them!) which really helps keep the property secure and private.

The apartments have all been completely remodeled and have granite countertops, hardwood floors, etc. I really like mine.

Maintenance sucks they take forever to fix anything here Ive been here a year and still nothing got fixed and they will def lie about sending maintenance to fix your problems def recommend anyone to not stay here
