I love everything about the apartments, the only reason why ingave a good overall rating instead of excellent is because of some of the neighbors. In general everyone is quiet and keeps to themselves but there are a few who are loud and let their children run around the parking area.

I hate the parking situation and I also don't like the thin-ness of the walls ( you can hear everything!) after a while bugs start appearing in your home and you have to fumigate. During the spring is when the ants come. It's a good complex for the price.

I really enjoy living in this complex and I have recommended it to everyone I know who is looking for a new apartment complex. It's definitely a little pricier than other complexes, especially since less of the utilities are covered, but the safety of the complex, location, friendly staff and amenities make up for it. I especially appreciate the fact that the complex doesn't just allow anyone is, so it maintains a safe family environment (unlike some Sac complexes I've seen).

As a long-term tenant, did not appreciate the price increase proposed. Any community-based industry/business should be willing to make exceptions if they deem the tenants to have been exceptional. It feels insulting to hear "no exceptions."
