Rivercrest living is community living at its finest. With spacious, well-appointed residences set in gracefully landscaped grounds, Rivercrest provides amenities and activities to suit a spectrum of lifestyles. Swim in one of our four pools or jog on the banks of the American River. Play some night tennis, take a free yoga class, work out in our fitness center, or just kick back in the clubhouse or soak in the spa. Choose from attractive 1, 2, and 3-bedroom floor plans featuring generous living and dining areas, private patios/balconies, and roomy closets and storage areas. Many units also offer bonus features like cathedral ceilings, updated designer decor, and walk-in showers. Rivercrest is close to Sacramento businesses and educational institutions?and to the endless variety of Northern California cultural and recreational opportunities.
At first sight the apartment area was great. Equipped with a tennis court (netting progress of being finished since 2015), barbecue grills, swimming pools, mini park, and a jacuzzi. However, seeing things is one thing but actually living here is a different story. When living in Rivercrest Apartments, you are limited to one covered parking and you can not get another covered parking even if you suggest paying an additional fee to have one since management won't allow you to. Instead, you are expected to use your one covered parking and face the wrath of finding another parking spot (Which is by far one of the biggest issues here). Nevertheless, the additional security personnel seem to be useless since the parking area has filled a lot more from potentially nonresidential people by them leaving the gates open or just asking for the apartment number. Rather than asking for the apartment number, why not have a log of the license plates registered to residents here and then decide to have them park here or not. The next issue is that cars get broken into do to the large traffic of transients that live under the nearby bridge. Another issue are the residents stealing from the laundry facility, clothes of course and if nothing has been stolen, the laundry machine was left open in middle of a cycle. These issues must be addressed as I and a couple other residents are dissatisfied and will not renew a lease term, instead we will just find somewhere else like Butterfly Garden Apartments or College Town Apartments among the many other residential locations.
