Lindsey was amazing! She was very friendly, energetic, and most importantly informative. My fianc and I loved how well managed the landscaping was and the unit we were shown was exactly like the pictures and to our liking. We have been looking for some time now and this place left a really great impression on us. My fianc and I are highly considering this place
This place is a joke I called them all week with no reply even left an email.
I eventually went in and it was not busy at all even after calling before hand and no one had picked up. If this is how they treat potential customers I wonder how they treat their actual ones.
At first sight the apartment area was great. Equipped with a tennis court (netting progress of being finished since 2015), barbecue grills, swimming pools, mini park, and a jacuzzi. However, seeing things is one thing but actually living here is a different story. When living in Rivercrest Apartments, you are limited to one covered parking and you can not get another covered parking even if you suggest paying an additional fee to have one since management won't allow you to. Instead, you are expected to use your one covered parking and face the wrath of finding another parking spot (Which is by far one of the biggest issues here). Nevertheless, the additional security personnel seem to be useless since the parking area has filled a lot more from potentially nonresidential people by them leaving the gates open or just asking for the apartment number. Rather than asking for the apartment number, why not have a log of the license plates registered to residents here and then decide to have them park here or not. The next issue is that cars get broken into do to the large traffic of transients that live under the nearby bridge. Another issue are the residents stealing from the laundry facility, clothes of course and if nothing has been stolen, the laundry machine was left open in middle of a cycle. These issues must be addressed as I and a couple other residents are dissatisfied and will not renew a lease term, instead we will just find somewhere else like Butterfly Garden Apartments or College Town Apartments among the many other residential locations.
They replied quickly with the information that I requested.
