To reserve an apartment home: A $100 holding deposit and a $44.50 Application Fee (per adult) will be collected along with a completed application to secure your new apartment home with Portofino on the Lake. The $100 deposit is refundable within the first 72 hours.<BR><BR>Pet Policy: Cats and dogs are welcome at Portofino on the Lake! A $500 pet deposit will be collected per pet, limit 2 cats, 1 cat and 1 dog, 2 dogs not more than 25lbs. each or 1 dog up to 50 pounds. Current veterinarian records will be requested to ensure all vaccinations are current and the pet does not exceed the weight limit. Additionally a pet application will need to be submitted. Pet Rent is $25.00 per month per pet
What I can say is that we almost rented here.. The place is beautiful and the Staff we met and who gave us a tour were friendly, very nice people. No complaints about them. They were apparently having major turnovers though and we had trouble getting anyone to return our numerous calls and when we drove out there the office was locked.2 days and no sign or explanation. We needed to move fairly quickly so we went ahead and moved elsewhere. The thing is, I had even left 2 messages with the Corp. Office and they never acknowledged me. I realize when there is a major turnover in personnel it can be very hard but not to let residents there or potential residents know whats going on causes bad feelings. We did finally get a call, an explanation and apology and asked us to please reconsider leasing from them but we already moved and are happy with decision. Portofino returned our hold deposit.
Do NOT rent here or from any other property managed by FPI Management. Move out costs excessive leading to them keeping most of the deposit.
