This place is very clean. Management got right back to me and help get me situated. I really have been impressed with the follow up. Not like some of the other locations I have tried to rent from. I can't wait to move in to my new place, its super cute!!

I've only been here a week, so not to sure how to review place in such a short notice. So far I have seen the staff frequently go around grounds and keep the property looking great. Just recently they attach a addendum to residents doors, informing that this is a non smoking environment. That is awesome.( I dont smoke anything.)They also stated in addendum that this includes marijuana. That's a plus. During the first couple of days trying to allow the nice breeze come through patio door, the smell of smoke came through. Came to apartment after lond day at work and inside smelled like some one smoked in there. Very displeased. Other than that, will keep you updated. Staff was friendly during process of signing documents of lease. I was under the impression of receiving a year lease, but received a 6 month lease. Don't know if that's a protocol to raise rent price afterwards. Recently saw my first ledger and notice a $45.00 back utilities reimbursement fee applied. Don't know if that's for water, sewage, and garbage fee? Kinda confused on that with me being only here for less than 10 days. Shouldn't that be waived for such a short period of stay or discounted? And if its for me not setting up an account through utility provider. I tried the first day. But didn't know i was in a different building number. Didn't find that out till pulling up one day and actually seeing to different numbers. I was assuming the address on gate was for whole complex. Hopefully thats not the $15.00 charge per day that I was not aware of. Kinda pricey for a new tenant. Hopefully that can be adjusted. Also I have an suggestion. I understand the rate for W.S.G is a flat rate divided among the number of dwellings. This is just a suggestion. For the residents that are actually a one person resident, maybe an discounted rate should be applied to them. Also maybe a raffle for discounted rent for paying rent on time. Kudos for the complex and staff. Thanks.

I feel happy to live here. I would like to request if the smoking policy should be considered strictly by management with some tenants in the complex.
Nicely Done One! - This One was nicely done! It offers nice new additions. Including diswashers, disposals and ceiling fans throughout. The apartments have a soft, contemporary feel with two tone painting, plush carpet and attractive, wood grain flooring. The apartments also have unique features including LED lighting throughout and USB charging ports! The apartment has All New Cabinetry, granite counters and new electric appliances.
