What Renters Like and Dislike About Sacramento

I feel like ther eneeds to be more black nd mexican here its the best and worse here people snitch all over each other

I love the quiet. Have not been here long enough to assess. The hospital is very close. I am hoping there is a park within walking distance.

It is close to everything, and a lot of things are easily accessible. There is lots to do in a short distance

It's gated with security guards and near by complex. Good for kids to play inside and safe for everyone.

The neighbors are friendly. Everyone looks out for each other. There is a nice greenbelt walkway. There are small strip malls within walking distance.

I like the variety of people that live here and the various ethnicities that make up the population. I also like that there are a fair amount of local businesses.
