Really nice apartments

The apartment in which I live has a multitude of problems that when attempting to have them fixed by my landlord/ handyman was met with no communication. These issues are but not limited to: leaking air conditioner, defective dryer, broken door lock, and lack of light bulb maintenance upon signing the lease(which also was never done in person nor even suggested).

I want to confirm that you are a renter of our portfolio and not of a private owner. You complaints in the review are not reflecting any issues reported by any of our residents. If you are a renter of a private owner within The Phoenician, may I ask that you remove your poor review as it is reflecting on our business and not on your owner.

Is there a chance you rent from a private condo owner within The Phoenician? If so, this review will not reflect on them but will reflect on the on site Management who you do not rent from. The items you mentioned do not sound familiar and they would definitely be something our on site maintenance could easily repair if you were within our portfolio.
If you do rent from a private owner, may I ask that you remove this review so it does not negatively effect our reviews since we would not be associated?
