What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Riverside

Neighborhood is houses built in the 50's/60's. Long time residents and extended families. Businesses not far away; good selection of shopping choices. Like several restaurants and plenty of grocery shopping places.

You only go down that street if you live there. It's driving distance from everything. It's not an ugly neighborhood except for a few houses if they were to clean up, it would look nice.

The mall is walking distance. Alot of Lil shops close by. Alot of stuff is actually walking distance.

It is unique because we are a county island so we have very large front/backyards. Favorite local business is Ampersand Ice Cream, Meat Up, and Mad Duck. I like going to these places with my friends.

Where I live is good enough. My child's school is 3-5 minutes distance. I'm still surrounded by convenient grocery stores, restaurants and shopping centers. My three favorite closest restaurants are Yardhouse, seafood crawfish, and sushi. I like going taking my family and the kids to parks.

The neighborhood I live in and those surrounding are well established and very charming with a classic style/design. We are very nicely placed next to some of the best bars like Sire and LPH (Locals Public House) both of which have AMAZING food as well as great drinks as well as some outstanding restaurants like Anchos or Simple Simons and Romanos, all owned by locals and offer very unique menus. Grabbing the kids and walking the Mission Inn and all of its breathtaking scenery is a great time.
