The Newport

Overpriced and the units don't have laundry inside the apartments. For these prices find another apartment complex with laundry inside. All the apartments don't come with refrigerator or microwave. Management is present but don't expect much from them.

I wish I could give them a complete zero because they don't take care of their residents as they say. Me and my wife currently live here and people's cars have been broken into. Also our license plate was stolen and we told them and they said there is nothing can do. They told us the property would be secured and none of the gates lock and alot of homeless people have been walking on the premises and they use our laundry rooms and they are going through the trash. Also people's packages have been stolen from people's apartments right from in front of their door. We told the leasing office and they said once again there is nothing they can do. So my best advice is not to move in here because it's not secure as they say.

The process to apply takes too long. They keep asking for things over and over. The online application can be confusing. We've been waiting over a week to see if we are accepted or do we lose $290.

I just want to say thank you to Maria for being such an Awesome manager. I came to her about a horrible noise I was hearing in my bedroom and bathroom, she showed so much concern and made me feel heard. She had Danny from maintenance come hear the noise. He cared that the noise was driving me crazy. He fixed it so fast and I'm so thankful . He came by a few days later just to check on me to make sure I wasn't hearing the noise anymore. That meant a lot to me! I think The Newport has a great team to take care of this place .

My experience with Newport apartments has been great so far . Wendy and Maria and great , attentive , detail oriented . The maintenance gentleman are respectful, attentive , courteous. Noise level is grear , nice and clean landscape is beautiful i cant wait to see what the years have to come with renting here at the newport apartments.

This place is so peaceful and clean . The staff is nice .

I live there for about 3 years and during my time there I can say it was very enjoyable. They were very professional. They always got back to my calls as soon as they could which was usually about either the same day or early the next day. There was no lack of communication. The maintenance workers there were especially nice and would usually fix anything you requested in the same day rent was fairly reasonable and they were very understanding when you were late on rent. Usually if you communicate they would give you extra time to pay it. I would recommend this for anyone who wants to be near a lot of places to eat as well as a hospital for emergencies. My overall experience was very satisfying and in the future if I do need to get to an apartment again for any reason this will be the first place I look again.
