Overpriced and the units don't have laundry inside the apartments. For these prices find another apartment complex with laundry inside. All the apartments don't come with refrigerator or microwave. Management is present but don't expect much from them.

I wish I could give them a complete zero because they don't take care of their residents as they say. Me and my wife currently live here and people's cars have been broken into. Also our license plate was stolen and we told them and they said there is nothing can do. They told us the property would be secured and none of the gates lock and alot of homeless people have been walking on the premises and they use our laundry rooms and they are going through the trash. Also people's packages have been stolen from people's apartments right from in front of their door. We told the leasing office and they said once again there is nothing they can do. So my best advice is not to move in here because it's not secure as they say.

The process to apply takes too long. They keep asking for things over and over. The online application can be confusing. We've been waiting over a week to see if we are accepted or do we lose $290.
