I have lived here since July of 2005. Want to give a 'Shout Out' to The Manager Shantel, Assistant Manager Alyssa and Maintenance Guy Raul. Each of Them are MOST Professional, and are doing a GREAT job keeping River Oaks a community that I enjoy living in.

Ants in walls...cockroaches in walls...tap water is absolutely undrinkable, the complex will turn your water off, without any notice, at least once a week...this is not an exaggeration...and my unit...has 2 leaks coming from the roof they have yet to fix...and I have that on video as proof.... DO NOT RENT FROM THIS POORLY MANAGED DUMP!!!

Property is beautiful. Who wants to pay that much for apartment. That is a house note. I no the turn over is high. And the management team is having a hard time. What is the availability???
