We lived at Overture Riverwalk for over 5 years, and finally just left at the end of 2017. It was very difficult to find parking at night, even for just one car, and we ended up parking on the street a lot of the time. Plus they imposed astronomical rent increase every few months without reason, while promising rental deal for new comers. Considering our fixed and limited income as seniors, it became very difficult for us to afford. In addition, our security deposit was conveniently forgotten and not sent to us since we left. Despite several phone calls and multiple excuses and promises, we still have not received yet. For any senior looking for rental, just beware of the nice talk and introduction when you first visit Overture Riverwalk Apartments. Things change once you live there.

So far our experience has been great, the only concern we have is that every resident we have encountered complains of the steep yearly rent increases. We hope this is not going to the case as many of us who live here are on fixed retirement incomes that don't increase yearly to accommodate these costs. It would be wonderful to have the security to know that if you are a good resident rent increases would be minimal, thus securing the quality of residents as well as decreasing turnover.

Elevators, washer dryer in apartments, trash rooms on each floor, mailboxes inside each building stores near by are a plus. Again attractions for seniors things that seniors need. These are Necessary for most seniors , however it seems that this is the bases for rent increases. I think it common sense for seniors.
