We are long time tenants-since 2009. THANK YOU THANK YOU for allowing pets/dogs!!! Mgmt, although changed a number of times, have been very good/fair to us when we need help through life's changes. Maintenance is responsive; upgraded security is appreciated. We just hope for property gates to be installed and maintained to provide an enhanced/ongoing sense of security for all tenants' vehicles and apartments.
I have lived at here 2 years. It's so hard to find a parking spot , if you go home late. I took 45 minutes to find a parking spot 08/22/2018 10pm . It's even harder on weekend. once I couldn't find a parking spot after spent 40 minutes at 11 pm . My car was parked at a half red line half normal side of street . There was no choice and was not block the street. They towed away my car . My car front window have a resident permit ,They can easy find my number or knock my door, but they didn't . They do nothing to the car without register and park at resort overnight . They towed a helpless resident's car who can not find a parking spot at home without contact. I have to pay over $400 to get back my car. I tried to talk to them and writer a letter to them , The service office lady was unfriendly and manager even don't want to meet me. They are car was parking the red line side of the street that same spot I was parking

Trash areas could use some cleaning. I think this is mostly because of residents not being clean. I do appreciate how management has tried to update these areas with recycling. People do not clean up after their dogs. Management could monitor this better by fining residents or having the landscape workers clean it up if they won't monitor it. Overall very happy with the apartments especially with improvements that have been made.
