Although you get a lot of space I feel these apartments are over priced for the lack of amenities(no gym or laundry in unit). The elevator is constantly breaking down

Thank You for your review. We may not have a gym or washer dryer in unit however we do have a relaxing spa, refreshing pool, gourmet gas BBQ's, and a friendly dog park. Regarding the elevator if you find that there is an issue with it please report it to me by email asap or by calling the emergency maintenance phone number so we can call the elevator company to come take care of it asap. We appreciate your feedback and are always open to improving the property.

We offer newly renovated interiors, extra storage/closet space, stainless steel appliances, 24 hour on-call maintenance, 3 laundry facilities, a refreshing pool, relaxing spa, and a friendly dog park. If you have any concerns you would like to address you are more than welcome to come into the Leasing Office to discuss them in person to clear up any mis-information or confusion.
