I love how they add the last two fake reviews by the staff! Lol so obvious they point of the amenities lol Just stop! Take accountability!!! The manager is awful and so is the management company!! Such a overly priced unit in a bad neighborhood!! Lets be real here!!

our manager changed with in the 2 years we've lived there & since the new manager there's been a huge decline in our building. it used to always be clean, from the parking garage to the halls ways, everything was almost shiny. now there always seems to be trash floating around in the hall ways. anytime we need some sort of maintenance, there's never anyone on premises to take care of it right away . we used to not have to be home for fixtures which is convenient for the average working person & necessary but our current manager is not always the most understanding when it comes to that. also just seems we keep paying more rent and for what? things don't stay clean? there's no maintenance man available, no gym , parking is horrible. our first year here wasn't bad but seriously debating renewing for our 3rd year.

Thank You for your review however we have a Maintenance Team that comes onsite at least 5 days a week now that does cleaning and takes care of any work orders right away. If you have any work orders that you have not notified us of please do so and the Maintenance Team will take care of it asap. It is the responsibility of residents to clean up after themselves however the Maintenance Team works hard to make sure the property is clean. If you have some concerns that you would like to address with management you are more than welcome to come into the Leasing Office to discuss them or send me an email. If you don't let me know of your concerns I cannot help resolve them. These apartment homes are beautifully renovated with added features that makes the rent go up depending on what the market is at that time. Thank You for taking the time to write this review.

One of the worst places Ive ever lived at. The property manager is so rude and will never take accountability for her mistakes. Shell always try and blame the tenant for her mistakes. The management company is just as bad. They wont acknowledge when their employee makes mistakes. They will fight with you about everything and theyre never helpful.

Thank You for your review and we are sorry you feel that way however when residents make mistakes they like to blame Management when all Management does is enforce the rules and follow policy and procedures. If you have specific issues you would like to discuss you are more than welcome to come to the Leasing Office and address them with me my office will be open from 9am-4pm tomorrow and Saturday. It is always good to be specific when writing a review so we can address any concerns and get them resolved for you. We look forwRd to speaking with you soon.

Although you get a lot of space I feel these apartments are over priced for the lack of amenities(no gym or laundry in unit). The elevator is constantly breaking down

Thank You for your review. We may not have a gym or washer dryer in unit however we do have a relaxing spa, refreshing pool, gourmet gas BBQ's, and a friendly dog park. Regarding the elevator if you find that there is an issue with it please report it to me by email asap or by calling the emergency maintenance phone number so we can call the elevator company to come take care of it asap. We appreciate your feedback and are always open to improving the property.
