The process was smooth and the community is super clean. 10/10
Everything went well from signing the lease to moving in, however when we applied for the lease there was a better option and the day after we tried to get the place for that price and the property managers were not willing to work with us at all. The amenities are outstanding and all staff are willing to answer questions in person. During moving in we tried to get some simple answers through text, like was the elevator signed to our key for move in, it wasn't; and we never got a response. But the front desk is always super responsive, Matthew and the other gentleman, not sure his name yet because we've only been here a week but will keep this updated. The residents so far are friendly, and the place is pretty quiet. Every now then then the occasional firetruck and police car or 3. A couple annoying things are the fan in the bathroom never seems to go off, and the light on the balcony is always on at night; with the top window it can let a lot of light in while sleeping. Overall: clean and quiet place, helpful and respectful staff.
Great community and neighbors, I really am happy that I moved in! Especially that the construction quality is rock solid, I don't have any noise issue with my neighbors (reason why I moved out from my previous apartment). Having a small child and dog really helps me in this one!
I was expecting a premium experience since the rents are as high as they are, unfortunately I have not found that to be the case.
