I have lived here almost a year now, and I couldn't be happier. I feel like I am at a resort (minus a bar and room service). The staff is very friendly and the grounds are always clean.
Indigo is a lovely place to live! We have a friendly community, fantastic amenities, and a wonderfully caring staff.
My 2 bed, 2 bath apartment is great. Good open space in the common room with a fabulous view from the floor to ceiling windows. All the appliances are in good working order. They are not top of line but do the job well enough. Closet space is good. Nice to have a balcony, although due to pollution from freeway (probably) it is hard to keep clean.
Maintenance staff is very good. Responsive, helpful, and the building is impeccable. I use the gym often and it is always clean with most equipment provided.
Couple things to watch for: Factor extra expenses into your monthly payments - shared utilities are expensive, multiple extra charges like pets, parking, etc. For me this added about $400 to rent.
Lastly the building architecture is quirky. Doors that block other doors, columns in the middle of rooms, heaters are primarily in bathrooms thus the heat is uneven throughout apartment.
The phone system is challenging as it leaves several dead ends when you follow the prompts for maintenance. In addition, I've gone 3 days trying to call someone at the front multiple times a day - it goes to a random message box from which I never received a reply. Once you get someone on the phone, they are always quite helpful, but to get to them instead of an endless loop in the phone system or a dead end voicemail is quite difficult.
everything is great here.
