What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Redlands

Our neighborhood in unique in that it is only two streets. It is relatively close to most anything you need.

My neighbors are very nice and are committed to keeping the neighborhood safe with having everyone's phone numnumber

I'm about a mile from downtown, less to the grocery store. Aldi is 1 1/2 mile, library is also. Bus stop is three blocks away. The food downtown is amazing!!! And there is such a sense of community, annual community activities...

My neighbors and that we live on a cul de sac. The elementary school is good but unless you're in a special program the middle and high school are average at best. We have some nice parks as well.

The downtown area is about a mile away from my neighborhood, making it easy to get around to the businesses I like. There are many unique stores/restaurants around the city.

I have always wanted to live in this neighborhood since moving to California because not afford it. Recently sold my house and was able to buy a condominium here and it is a very historic city and has a great historic downtown district that allows me to visit restaurants bars in shops that are family owned and friendly
