What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Rancho Santa Margarita

The area is quiet and free of large amount of traffic most of the time. No business are located in the area where I live.

It is near shops and restaurants. I am able to walk around the city feeling safe because it is so well patrolled.

Restaurants and bars are close to the community, so it's easy to go out for dinner with your family in the evening, and it's nice to go out to bars with friends

The unbeatable nightlife district, full of art galleries, restaurants and bars, is home to a Bohemian crowd, with plenty of sunshine and a growing tech and creative services industry

I like the environment in the community where a lot of flowers and planted, and I usually like to go the coffee shop near the community to drink coffee with friends or family.

I feel that my place is very safe because there are police patrols so there is not much insecurity and there are high-quality residents nearby I like to have parks and convenient transportation. I like shopping malls. I like exercise equipment
