These apartments are brand new. The appliances are the highest quality I have seen in a rental unit. Bathrooms are nice and spacious. Rooms are spacious with an open kichen. The staff are very friendly and have remained friendly. In my past experiences at other apartments, the leasing staff were friendly until the moment you signed the lease. Here at Vintage, everyone has been super nice and accomodating from Heidi the manager to Vanessa and Ashlee in the office. John is also super nice and knows what he is doing. I can not wait for the amenities to open. They have social events with high quality food from local restaurants. The only area that Could be better is the parking and garages. The garages are nice and long but very tight. Unassigned parking is very limited due to construction which should improve once construction is done. My family and I are very happy so far in our 3 weeks we have lived in this wonderful community.

I was in a pinch for time moving from a house that sold to an apartment and downsizing my life. I was very anxious to find a new spot to call home. I looked online and fell in love with the overall master planned community feel and the overall look of the apartment homes. Not to mention right on the Trail head for my love of trail running! Security and amazing amenities, cant wait for the completion of this development. I'm now a happy apartment dweller :)

This has been the best place we have lived thus far. Great apartment and the neighbors here are the best! The staff is very friendly and willing to do anything to make your stay here good!
