PLEASE KNOW that there are alot of homeless encampments in the hills right next to these apartments, with alot of car break ins and trash diggers that carry knives. PLEASE don't leave anything in the car!!! Security in Eaves is not efficient or even helpful, and they don't patrol the area. It's NOT a gated community, but they charge you like it is, and homeless people DO WALK through the back areas of the apartments constantly. If you have kids...BEWARE!!!!! DANGEROUS!!!
This place is a small 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, if you have a family of 4, it's tight, and they charge you a lot of rent for a smaller space. The kitchen sink always has a leak, and they take their time in fixing it, so your bottom sink cupboard is always wet, all of your trash bags and house hold chemicals will be ruined. They don't keep up the weeds and bushes in the back, which gets over grown, and out of control. The pool is always over crowded with drunk people having parties that are rude, and loud. If you live on the bottom floor like we did, it gets loud from walking/running from the floor above you. Toilets from the top floor will leak into your bathroom. If you don't have a parking plackard in your car at ALL TIMES...THEY WILL TOW YOUR CAR AWAY! Your visitors cannot park longer than 10:00pm at night, otherwise they get towed. They have more tenants than they do parking spots, and they WILL tow your car away for parking in a Visitors spot, which means you have to park on Sorrento which is a dark street and long walk away. The gym equipment is janky and most of the equipment doesn't work. If you want a garage for your car, be prepared to pay an extra $100 with plywood walls, that are easily kicked in, and most of the walls already have holes in them, and you can see in the garage next to yours. Reserved parking is also en extra $50 charge if you want parking close to your unit. They charge you for EVERYTHING!!! We lived here for one year exactly and DID NOT renew lease
I have been living here more than 2 and a half year.
serious ants problem and the office is not willing to solve the issue. It has been three weeks that ants keep coming out, I used the ants bait to control them but did not work. so I asked them to have pest control company, waited another week, had an appointment, they did not show up on that day. office said the pest control company already visited and took care of it. There is no way they came by, because I had been waiting for them at home. After that no one explained what happened, and don't try anything else. I still use a lot baits hoping these ants are gone, but seem like they will never ends.
It is not my first time having ants issue. its keep repeating, like every 6months.
This apartment definitely has serious insect problem and seems like they don't really take care of it. about two month ago, I know in my building, the other units had roach issues as well.
It's been almost two weeks, so far everything is running smoothly. I do really like my apartments.
Its quite peaceful here and very clean. Rooms are spacious and I love that there are 2 bathrooms and washer and dryer, it makes it more worth it. I love all the shade and even though there are many trees, maintenance is wondetful with maintaining outside clean. I picture my family here for a good while!
Every single part of the move in process was effortless, thanks to the office team. I felt respected, welcomed before and after the move in process.
