I LIVED AT THE CHAPARRAL APARTMENTS FOR SEVERAL YEARS, HAVING RECENTLY MOVED ELSEWHERE
ALTHOUGH I REGRETTED THE ECONOMIC NECESSITY TO DO SO.
WHILE LIVING THERE I FOUND THE OFFICE PERSONNEL FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT, HELPFUL, AND EAGER TO
ASSIST ME UPON REQUEST. THESE REMARKS INCLUDE THE MAINTENANCE STAFF, WHICH I FOUND
TO BE EQUALLY POSSESSIVE OF THE CHARACTERISTICS INCLUDED ABOVE IN THESE COMMENTS.
I WAS ESPECIALLY STRUCK BY THE PROMPT ATTENTION MADE TO ANY MAINTANANCE MATTERS
MY ACCOMMODATIONS WERE COMFORTABLE, THE GROUNDS WERE KEPT VERY WELL MAINTAINED
ON A REGULAR, ALONG WITH THE OUTBUILDINGS, INCLUDING LAUNDRY FACILITIES, POOLS, ETC.
ADDING TO THE ABOVE, ALL ASPECTS OF THE ESTABLISHMENT ARE KEPT IN TIPTOP SHAPE, INCLUDING
GROUNDS, BUILDINGS AND LANDSCAPING.
MY LIVING THERE WAS THE HAPPIEST OF MY RENTAL EXPERIENCES.
A terrific community of apartments near a major hospital, US highway 14, and shopping malls among other places including shops and restaurants. Great place to get your first apartment with spacious rooms with balcony and/or patio.
Professionalism and friendliness of the staff; the quick response of the maintenance staff to fix needed repairs and the upkeep of the grounds.
Leasing agent. Professional, warm and courteous and made me feel welcome. Her assistance with the apartment leasing process was comprehensive and easy to follow along. Any and all questions were answered accurately and concisely. Her depth, knowledge and experience was evident of not only her training but commitment to excellent customer satisfaction Additionally her responsiveness to any issue that arose was dealt with immediately and always to my satisfaction!
