What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Palm Springs

We live and near the city center. The airport is modern. There are several parks. Tourism is big business.

My neighborhood is known for its iconic mid century modern architecture and mostly populated by older professionals and retirees. Properties are well-maintained, it is quiet but with a very involved community association. There are grocery stores, bars and restaurants within a mile of our home.

Many of the homes are the old spanish style archiecture. Its within walking distance of downtown. It is an old neighborhood well maintained and good property values.

I think it is very diversed. We are close to the airport. Walkable scale is above average. It is very easy for any delivery drivers to deliver my food. Very easy for any delivery person to deliver my packages. Nobody messes with my packages too.

Close to shopping and restaurants and healthcare facilities but very quiet and safe for pets and children if we had them

Good cafes and grocery stores nearby. good police presence for safety reasons. More communications with neighbors would be good too
