Wagon Wheel Town Square

These apartments are in a great location, thats why they get the 2 stars. Other than that, cheap materials were used to construct these apartments. For the money were paying, the least they couldve invested in is quality paid and hardwood floors (not laminate). There is not enough parking spaces (we only get one for one apt, which is okay) but then they want to charge $100 extra per month for a permit for an additional spot. Like why? There are so many empty spaces and residents cars have been towed for parking in these unused spots. Anywho, these apartments are not worth your money; this madness with the hike of rent costs are ridiculous. Well be moving out as soon as our lease is over.

THE MOST FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD MOVING INTO A PLACE. I so wish I could add pictures here, since picture does speak a thousand words but I'll post that on Google. Cheapest appliances that don't work. Dishwasher doesn't have hot water so the dish tablets don't dissolve and dishes are never clean. Washer and dryer ruined my clothes and window curtains, snags and rips. Leaking faucets, cabinet doors that don't line up so don't clothes. The list goes on... If you want to see pictures, head on over to Google reviews. Customer service is non existent. You will get the run around but nothing will be fixed. I'll be moving out as soon as I can because I can't live in these conditions. The amounts of stressed I've experienced dealing with all this is indescribable!!!

Great place maravilloso lugar para vivir y estar en familia solo que no hay parqueadero enough

My partner and I are so exited to finally move into our new place here in the Wagon Wheel Community. We have been waiting for what seems to be forever. The exterior of the place is gorgeous, looking forward to the opening of the brewery and bowling alley. Hopefully the amenity space opens soon. We surely wouldn't mind watch the Dodger game on those extra large TVs in the clubhouse. The staff, where do I start. These gals in the office are amazing. Yes, it was hard to get them on the phone so in frustration I just walked in. Once I got there I saw why they weren't picking up the phones. Their office was packed with people. I watched them handle each guest with a smile and pleasant tone. I kind of felt bad for them, but I want a unit so I wanted. So glad I did. Thank you to Mandy and her team of beautiful ladies for my cross country moving experience a smooth one.

I did not find any apartments that took Section 8 vouchers. HUD housing doesn't even exist there. otherwise the rents are too expensive.
