I move in next week so we shall see. The office staff are nice. I hope all goes well.

I am looking for a place that is cheap and I call home a place that is quite and also enjoyable

At first I was excited when I walked in and visited the place. It has an impressive facade and I feel warm and resort living in addition to safety which is my priority. But, since I moved in on November 1st, I notice that this complex is not what I expected. It turned me off because the faculty is filthy, Ive seen scavenger, no surveillance camera inside the parking area,barely seen security people scouting around to maintain the safety of residents, hallways remain unclean, renters are using their patio as storage areas which becomes an eyesore to others when you want to relax, empty boxes and other garbage remain outside trash room and nobody cares to collect. This is completely opposites to my expectations.
