Excellent location near medical facilities and highways. Apartment living offers great in-unit appliances like washer/dryer, refrigerator and microwave. Excellent parking and community features like pool and exercise room.
I have rented in several states - IL, OH, MA and CA (San Diego), and now CA (Orange.) I have to say this management team & staff is the best. The willingness to listen to your problem and the desire to do whatever possible to fix things as quickly as possible is second to none. The location near 3 major highways - 5, 57 & 22 is ideal. One can walk to the movies or shopping to the outlet mall next door. Being within 2 miles of Disneyland, there are a lot of bars and restaurants one can easily uber to. In addition to Disneyland, downtown Orange with it's post office, bars and restaurants is just a couple of miles away. The nearby Ralphs store on Chapman is ideal for reasonably priced groceries and has a UPS store in the same lot. The Ralphs gas station on Chapman also has one of the most reasonably priced gas in the area. The facility itself is very clean and well maintained. The security features are very good. One cannot access the parking garage or the apartments without a fob. All in all, it's a pretty amazing apartment complex and Go forbid if you ever need it, the UCI hospital is across the street.
