This place will move you into a broken down apartment then charge u when you move out to fix everything ! I moved into these luxury apartments a year ago and right back out as soon as my lease was up, pipes were bursting left and right from no maintenance, the microwave was broken when I moved in mirrors cracked and bar on the wall hanging had just over all dirty n filth it wasnt painted before I moved in but they charged me for painting !!!! I took pictures n asked for it to be fixed the day I moved in it never was and then when I moved out they took my whole deposit saying I had to pay for things that were already broken when I moved in!! On top of it the walls are so thin u can hear everything next door and behind u and they have HUGE ROACHES my place was always clean and yet they still crawled out and I mean HUGE !!!!!! FAR from luxury and they will definitely rob u !!! The pictures Ive attached are from THE DAY I MOVED IN and the dirty conditions the walls and carpet were in that theyre now trying to charge me for roaches were while living there they constantly appeared HUGE 2850 a month plus your garbage they over charge u for almost 200 a month these ppl have nerve !!! Search on google for my pictures of my move in day !!!

You get very good service when you need something fixed. Juan does a great job and is really friendly. It's a quiet place to live and the grounds are kept up.

I would not recommend this Apartment to anyone. While I have not ever been a resident at this complex, I did give them $200.00 to hold a spisific apartment for myself and my son. They then turned around and rented the unit I gave money to hold! They then told me no t to worry that they had another unit coming up. After not qualifying to rent they then told me that it would take seven business days to receive my holding fee. Not true it has been a fight and a run around to retrieve the money they took. After many times of trying to be reasonable in asking for a manager or anyone with athority to contact corporate to find out where my money was. They finally came back with an actual manager to speak with. That manager infact did help retrieve the money alas she did lie to me in saying that she was personally tracking the mail and it would be there between 11:00am and 11:30am... Well we sat from 1:00 pm-3:10pm when it finally came in. Again run around and lies. Very shady dealings with this place. Good luck in your search. Le'a Stroud, Expert Google Reviewer.
