Resident since 2015. Still loving it. A few situations over 3 years as expected. Current management and staff is doing amazing. Getting ready to transfer to a remodeled unit. Complex has rules and they enforce them. Maintenance staff does a great job too. Be smart, keep your doors locked and put trash in trash cans. Keep our complex safe and clean!

THE WORST APARTMENT EVER!!!!!!!!! They asked for 30 days notice before moving out. It was written on the lease agreement in very very very small words. Anyone wanna rent here, which I totally dont recommend it, must be more careful. Because if you didnt see it, they will charge you a ton of money!!!!!!!! My example is 1223.68 dollars for only 13 days exceeded. I threw my money to a trash bin. Hope you wont.

Hi guys, I'm a current resident and I must say I thought I would renew my lease, but unfortunately I cant ahit to leave. 6 months ago I commented on Google and gave a review about these apartments. Management contacted and basically nothing has been done. I told the manager that the people upstairs make a lot of noise, running, stomping etc. I was told by the manager that she would need to come into my apartment and hear the noise, like I'm lying. It literally sounds like a bowling ball dropping. I suffer from migraines, not to mention my husband and I commute far to work and have to come home to this noise. Long story short management doesnt care about complaints about other residence they just ignore you. I've learned so much from other residence here, but I had to see for myself and i did. I would not recommend these apartments.

I absolutely enjoyed living at The Grove Apartment Homes! The amenities are great, the outside of the apartments look so nice, and the units come with a washer, dryer, and refridgerator!! Office staff is super friendly, except for one lady, don't remember her name, but other than that I genuinely loved living here temporarily.
