From my experience living at Camden Landmark, I have loved just about everything about it. The only thing that I can think of is the parking situation, maybe offer more than 2 passes every 24 hours! Also, the paint in the apartments seem kind of cheap! Other than that, I love it!
I truly enjoy living here at Camden Landmark living 4 months now and no complaints all of Camden staff are very friendly including the ladies that clean the gym. My neighbors are friendly and some just mind there business.I do have a few suggestions receiving packages before 6pm if we could have UPS or FEDEX leave them at the front office would be fantastic especially getting so close to the holidays. More lighting in the walk ways where the grass is its pretty dark. How about community activities?
I would like to see Camden Landmark offer income based affordable pricing (the quoted $1250 per month is not affordable when SS income is only $2000). It saddens me to have to leave the community; the staff is always friendly,
