Island Club staff members are very courteous, efficient and considerate from the time you arrive until the time you leave. Around the grounds they continue to be friendly. Service manager and assistant manager are also very competent and make themselves available.

I love living at the Island Club Apts. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the service people are totally on the ball when it comes to fixing any issues. The facilities are clean and maintained nicely and the grounds are beautiful.

Right away I knew I would have a positive experience with Island club Apartments, everyone was so friendly & helpful. All my questions were answered with ease. The Island Club Apartments make it really feel like your home!

If you want to live at a complex with no water, where they�� ll send you off to another unit just to shower, live here! Also they say rent is a certain price but absolutely zero utilities included so my rent is $1623 but I pay about $2000 a month because we�� re splitting utilities amongst the whole entire complex.

I love living here at Island Club, management is great, maintenance men are on spot and ready to help you with anything in a blind of an eye. I love having a little home to come back to every night where I feel safe. I would rent here again if I made more money and was able to afford my own one bedroom (I'm renting with roommates right now) another thing that is concerning is the water being off for days sometimes. It's really inconvenient but I know you guys work your best to get it back on for us and I really appreciate that. Another thing is parking is a nightmare and I feel like since the prices are pretty high here parking should be free, I bought a spot for $20 extra a month and it's beyond worth it because when I get home from work around 12pm I see sometimes up to ten people driving in circles looking for a spot for long periods of time. But if you buy a parking spot you'll never have that problem. Other than parking the price of the apartments and the water issues I do love staying here, I feel at every place there's going to be some type of issue and at IC it's very far few and inbetween when we have big issues. Besides the parking but save yourself the trouble and buy a spot if you can afford it!
