This place is disgusting. Cockroaches EVERYWHERE they're outside, in the walls and ceilings and it doesn't matter if pest control comes and sprays because they are literally infesting the walls and floorboards of every building in the complex. The pipes are constantly breaking, and if you still move here ask for an apartment on the 3rd floor so you don't have other people's nasty food and grease running through your kitchen disposal

I am a current resident and I just want to say that this is a very peaceful, calm, and quiet property. I'm very comfortable here. Also the staff here is very nice and are always helpful. Anytime I call or request a work order, I always get a call back and the work done.
