It is a clean well maintained building with a good feel. The overall security can be improved but overall I have no complaints an the facilities are great.
Beautiful building, rare to have a high-ceiling loft concept outside of the downtown area. Rent goes up year over year, but is in line with current market value. Building has changed management a few times, I've been here since 2012 and been asking about Electric Vehicle charging since the beginning with the various apartment managers all promising it's coming , but 5+ years later I still don't have a timeline.
I really loved living here! It was like having an art loft in a resort! All the neighbors were creative and nice :)
Management and office staff are horrible. They actively lie, withhold information, & are likely breaking tenant laws. There are safety/sanitation issues. They gave less than 12 hours notice when shutting down our pool & didn't even state in the notice that the pool would be shut down for 3 months, they merely said that the courtyard would be under construction. They are also trying to raise rent mid lease by claiming that bel air internet has raised prices when bel air has stated they haven't
Great building, poor management. Polaris took over in December and frustrations started. Garbage disposal chutes are routinely clogged up to the 3rd floor. The entire pool/jacuzzi area was summarily closed for cosmetic renovations for 3 months (March-June) with just 2 days notice. Cable/Internet was hiked from $81/mo to $130/mo, prompting outrage from residents. Focus seems to be on appealing to potential residents rather than existing ones. Makes Lofts at NoHo difficult to recommend.
