Management should be upfront and honest with their prospective tenants. They should be upfront about their issues
There is not sufficient underground parking, there's no enforcement, for people with pets, who let their pets leave feces in the hallways and the corridors, the elevators are outdated and needs to be updated to accommodate the number of residents because they constantly are disabled due to not functioning. Their fees, for the water that is build with the rent, or astronomically High.
Although I have only been at Milano at NoHo for a few weeks, I have witnessed friendly and interesting people. Most seem happy to be at Milano. The NoHo Arts district has become super interesting and trendy with lots of colorful people and things to do. I love this new community that I have watched grow over the past two decades.
A terrible experience and one of the worst for the past year. I lived in places that are much better and much more taken care of that had rent prices much lower than here, which is not taken care of and is horrid. When I payed the rent, I payed quickly because I thought more of the apartments only to find out that the apartments are not taken care of. When people initially arrive, you show them a fake representation of the apartments that give a false picture of the living here which is very poor. It'd make more sense to home the homeless here with no cost.
Positive: Great location, nice apartments, great staff, and overall a nice neighborly vibe. Negative: Things tend to break frequently, and neighbors can be a bit loud during quiet hours (it's a young community).
