I lived here for 2 years. With the amount of money they charged me, I would have expected much better accomodations. First of all, the covered parking spot I had assigned was right underneath a leaking pipe. The pipe had some sort of chemical running through it and caused damage to my vehicle many times. I informed Cheryl at the front office multiple times and was told "the maintenance is working on it". I asked if they could move my spot, but was informed the could not move spots. This went on for over a year and a half (up until I left this garbage of apartment complex). So basically, every time they spoke to me, they LIED. Eric Gargonzoles is notorious for lying. He is the maintenance supervisor, by the way, and "prides himself on being truthful and ethical" (which is a JOKE as he has lied to me in EVERY interaction). Good luck getting any truth out of their maintenance department. In my experience, they tell you one thing, then turn around and laugh at you in their little office, thinking you can't see/hear them. I eventually got fed up and made them pay for my details every time their crappy apartment leaked chemicals on my car, and asked again to move my spot. Once they realized that they would have to pay for each detail, they informed me I could park in guest, which I did. During this time, they had a MAJOR leaking pipe (see attached pictures) which caused $1,700 in damage to my vehicle. $1,700!!!!!!!! As you might imagine, I was furious and wanted them to pay for it. They sent me to their risk management department and connected me with Jamario. This was a DREADFUL experience. Not once did he call me and speak to me in person, and I had to keep reaching out for updates. The aparment complex was 100% negligent in handling their leaking pipes for over 1.5 years!! 1 and a half YEARS, people. Completely unacceptable. To sum it up.. you WILL be overcharge.. you WILL be lied to... your property WILL get damaged..

The office staff and management are such friendly and helpful people. My time here has been amazing so far. Everything's clean, the facilities are great, the apartment interiors are stunning.

I enjoy the amenities and residents. The grounds are very well kept and maintained. I have had several positive interactions with the staff.
