You will NOT get your deposit back, and will receive a bill after you leave for erroneous charges and will send to a collection agency unless paid in 30 days. this place extorts you after you leave.

If youre looking to move to a new place stay away from this complex its super expensive and they treat you terribly

The management did not disclose the fact that the apartment is roach-infested. A person holding herself out to be a manager said that roach infestation is commonplace in Newport Beach. Additionally, Eight 80 fails to disclose all of the fees due outside of the contract. You may wish to carefully consider whether you want to move here!

We are sorry you are experiencing an issue at our community. While cockroaches are certainly not commonplace, if a resident does experience an issue such as this, we have a solution in place. Our complimentary pest control service is available for any resident at our community. Once on the schedule, our vendor is able to eliminate the problem and identify next steps to prevent this from occurring.
